Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between you and R9Exch (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) when you use r9exch.live and your R9Exch ID. By creating an account or placing a bet, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an R9Exch ID and place bets. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online betting is legal in the place where you live. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply in your state or region, and for following them.

2. Your account

• Each person may hold one R9Exch ID. Multiple accounts opened by the same person may be closed.
• You are responsible for keeping your username, password and OTP private. Any activity under your ID is treated as your own.
• The details you give us during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ₹100. Deposits can be made through the payment methods shown at the time, including UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, bank transfer, cards and crypto. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. We may hold or review a transaction where we have reason to suspect fraud, error or a breach of these terms.

4. Bonuses

Promotions such as the welcome bonus come with their own conditions, including wagering requirements, before any bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse a promotion may lead to the bonus being removed.

5. Bets and settlement

• A bet is confirmed once it is accepted by the platform. Please check your selection and stake before confirming.
• Markets are settled on the official result. If a result is later corrected, we may re-settle affected bets.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or void under the rules of the market, bets are handled according to those market rules.
• We reserve the right to void bets placed at an obviously wrong price caused by a technical or human error.

6. Fair play

You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any automated or scripted betting. Where we detect activity of this kind, we may suspend the account, void related bets and withhold funds pending review.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep R9Exch running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, update markets, or suspend parts of the service without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

You use R9Exch at your own risk and stake only money you can afford to lose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, from interruptions to the service, or from your failure to keep your login details safe.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last changed. Continuing to use your R9Exch ID after a change means you accept the updated terms.
